The Founder Leadership

The Founder Will Have the Final Decision of all matters until he decide that all the services of the organization has been established so everybody meant to be a partner in all the needed field participate in the decision making.

Leaders of Each Field for Each Area
 

1- the general rule is you are free but if you harm you get the same harm

2- to have a party everybody add his party then everybody choose which party they want to join and the official parties which will count a high percentage of who join them compared to other parties like they get 10% at least of the whole parties members percentage.

3- Every Party elect their leaders in the area it concern them and who get elected vote for the bigger area that contain their area by reviewing their background on how they are solving their issues in one platform and can impeach him or her if they find a better leader when the new leader get more vote and should consent to make him or her lead

4- Leaders of parties should debate on their differences on issues and individuals of who they lead vote for the best solution of issues without knowing which leader came up with it and the majority win the debate and role and they should make a proper time period for the voter to decide and have time for their own work while the leader make the new rules .

5- The Leaders vote for who can speak on behalf of the Voters of what the voters decide by their vote to outside parties and represent all voters decision without discriminations as a speaker.

Debate Method

in Poll is how to Debate as if you agree with a solution to a problem then you vote yes and if you don't you must know better so share another poll of your solution for others to vote on to see which solution has most vote and everybody get to vote once and can change his vote when he is convinced of another

The Management Method

the elected leaders will also be judges on who they lead and there will be reporting system of leadership as per our capability in a hierarchy of district and city and country and international leadership, and the Leaders will settle the the conflicts of who they lead.

Payments 

Partners can join the global market if they want to be paid for the services they providing in akrmna.org or by investing in Erada Akrmna Products or by participating in challenges  


Contracts

first we will discuss how the contract should be for partnership that's suitable for everybody as it need to be updated

partners are equal and who contribute to more communities will be rewarded fairly when they get promoted as per their rating from who they serve and, in the contract, we need to know.
